Stuffed pizza rolls: you won't be able to do without them anymore!

Just roll some sandwich bread! This is a great appetizer that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
6 tbsp tomato sauce
basil
6 mozzarella sticks
150ml milk
1 egg
Salt & pepper
Vegetable oil
Cling film
Slices of bread

METHOD
  1. Flatten several slices of bread.
  2. Pour a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each slice, add basil, a stick of mozzarella, and roll-up. Use cling film to roll up well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix milk with egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each bread roll in the egg mixture and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
