Homemade vegetable nut: how to make it in a few steps!

The vegetable nut is one of the most used foods in the kitchen and it can be prepared at home! Here's how:
 
INGREDIENTS
2 celery
1 zucchini
½ potato
½ onion
2 carrots
50 g spinach
100g salt
Olive oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Add oil to a pan, add the onion and cook for a couple of minutes. Add zucchini, celery, carrot, potatoes, spin, and sauté for 15 minutes Add salt, mix and cook again for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a blender until you get a puree.
  4. Return the puree to the pan until dry to mix and obtain a paste. Place the pasta on a tray and flat to form a slightly thick square. Freeze overnight.
  5. Cut into small squares and wrap in aluminum foil. Store in the freezer and use as stock cubes.
