Sweet fried flowers: delicious, they will delight your guests!

The result is so wonderful, how to make delicious and fluffy flowers!

INGREDIENTS

70g (1/3 cup) sugar

7g dry yeast

16g (1 1/4 tbsp) vanilla sugar

80ml (1/3 cup) warm milk

320ml (1 1/3 cups) warm water

80ml (1/3 cup) sunflower oil

½ tsp salt

700g (5 1/2 cups) flour

Sunflower oil for frying

Filling:

Jam

Hazelnut cream

METHOD

Mix sugar, vanilla sugar, yeast, milk, oil, and water in a bowl.
Add flour little by little while continuing to mix. Form a dough, add a little oil, cover with cling film and let it rest for 2 hours, or until double size.
Divide the dough into several small equal balls.
Flatten each one, place a glass in the center and make several cuts around the base of the glass. With your fingers, make petal shapes at the end of each cut.
Fry until golden brown and cover with sugar.
Fill the center of each flower with jam or hazelnut cream.
