Meat skewers: for a quick and delicious dinner!

An easy recipe that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

150g (1 cup) of Breadcrumbs

60g (3/4 cup) of Grated cheese

10 pieces of Pork loin

Extra virgin olive oil

120g of Cheese

120g of Cooked ham

METHOD

In a bowl add the breadcrumbs and grated cheese and mix well.
In another bowl add the pork loin, extra virgin olive oil, and rub the meat with your hands.
Transfer the meat into the breadcrumbs mixture. Add a piece of cheese on top of the meat and a slice of cooked ham, roll them out and stick them in the skewer sticks.
Add the baking paper to the baking sheet and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Transfer the meat skewers into the baking tray and bake at 180°C/356°F for 25 minutes.
