Strawberry liqueur cream: the fresh and delightful recipe!

So creamy and tasty, how to make it at home!

INGREDIENTS

1kg strawberries

1l alcohol 95º

600ml milk

500ml whipped cream

700g sugar

Vanilla extract

METHOD

Wash the strawberries very well. Cut them into medium-sized pieces and place them in a glass jar. Add alcohol and let it rest for 10 days.
Mix milk, cream, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan until it boils.
Let cool. Then use a strainer and a kitchen cloth and pour over the strawberries to squeeze out the liquid.
Mix well.
Pour the liquid into a glass jar.
