Egg stuffed zucchini: an original and delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS
 Zucchini
 Eggs
 Salt

METHOD
  1. Separate several eggs into whites and yolks. Add salt to each one. Beat the egg white.
  2. Cut off the ends of zucchini. Cut it in half. Remove the inside from the center leaving a clear outline.
  3. Place the zucchini halves in a steamer pot. Pour in the white and cook until the white is cooked.
  4. Beat yolks and pour over the cooked egg white. Let cook. Cut into small pieces to serve.
