Orange jelly: fluffy and sweet, perfect for the kids!

If you love homemade candies, try this! You only need orange juice!

INGREDIENTS
 Oil to grease
 3 oranges, 375ml (1 ½ cup) orange juice
 2 tbsp sugar
 2 tbsp corn flour
 Desiccated coconut
 
METHOD
  1. Squeeze oranges until you get 1 ½ cups of juice. Add sugar and corn flour and mix well.
  2. Cook until it thickens.
  3. Cover a mold with cling film and pour the mixture in. Refrigerate for 4 hours
  4. Cut into squares and coat in desiccated coconut.
