Tangerine liqueur: how to make it in very few steps!

Don't throw tangerine peels away! Here's why:
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
5/6 tangerines
1 orange
1 cinnamon stick
5 cloves
500 ml of 95° pure alcohol
700ml water
350 g sugar
METHOD
- Wash the tangerines, peel them, and store the peel in a glass jar. Do the same with the orange.
- Add the cinnamon stick and cloves Pour in the alcohol.
- Mix well and let it marinate for 2 weeks, mixing from time to time. Pour a liter of water into a pot, add the sugar and mix.
- Place a kitchen towel on top of the pot and pour the alcohol with tangerine on top. Squeeze the cloth well.
- Use a funnel to fill bottles with the liqueur. Serve cold.
