Seashell cookies: a unique idea to surprise your kids!

Ingredients
250 g butter
100 g sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp starch
480 g flour
1 tbsp cocoa
Filling:
100 g walnuts
50 g hazelnuts
50 g sugar
Method:
250 g butter

Method:
- Put the room-temperature butter in a bowl and beat it. Add egg, starch, flour, and sugar.
- Mix well and divide the dough in two. Add cocoa to one half and mix well.
- For the filling mix the walnuts, hazelnuts, and sugar together.
Place a juicer upside down in a glass and put cling film on top. Put half the white dough at one end of the juicer hole and another piece of the cocoa mix at the other end. Push the dough down, leaving a hole. - Fill with the walnut mixture, place more dough on top and close the cookie. Carefully remove the cookie keeping its shape and place on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
