Fluffy banana fritters: you won't be able to stop at one!

You only need a few ingredients to make the best treat ever! 
 
INGREDIENTS
Bananas
1 cup cornstarch
Vegetable oil
Icing sugar
250g flour
1½ tsp baking powder
1 egg
325ml cold soda water
 
METHOD
  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into 3 pieces.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, egg, and cold soda water very well.
  3. Cover each slice of banana in corn starch.
  4. Pour into the butter mixture until covered.
  5. Fry until lightly golden and sprinkle over icing sugar to serve.
