Boiled omelette: the method to make it in a few minutes!

Pour the egg directly into the boiling water! The result is super yummy! 

INGREDIENTS
• Boling water
• Eggs
• Salt
• Muslin cloth
• Cheese
• Black pepper
• Bacon bits
• Salad
 
METHOD
  1. Beat 4 eggs. Pour into a pot with boiling water and cook with a lid on.
  2. Strain the water. Place a muslin cloth in a strainer and pour the cooked egg into the center.
  3. Add cheese and bacon and use the cloth to fold the egg over itself. Empty the omelet out of the cloth onto a plate. Brush over some butter then add salt, pepper and salad to serve.
