1) Coconut and milk brioche: buttery, fluffy, flavorful and so sweet!
Extra rich, delicious and fluffy, you've never had a brioche like this!
INGREDIENTS
120ml milk
10g dry yeast
2 eggs
½ can condensed milk
60ml sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
3 ½ cups flour
Syrup Ingredients
½ can condensed milk
200ml coconut milk
100g grated coconut
METHOD
Heat milk and pour into a bowl, add dry yeast, mix well and let set for 5 minutes.
Then add condensed milk, eggs, butter, salt and gradually flour. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Return the dough to the same bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into small portions and form buns. Grease the form and put buns inside. Let rise for 1 hour. Grease a yolk to each roll. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes.
To the syrup, add condensed milk, coconut milk to the pan and heat until slightly condensed.
Let it be warm.
With bread still warm and warm syrup, toss the syrup over the rolls.
Let the syrup penetrate well and sprinkle with grated coconut.
