How to make Pastitsio: the tasty Greek recipe

Ingredients:
500g (18 oz) penne or other pasta
4 Tablespoons butter
¾ Cup grated parmesan cheese
½ Teaspoon ground nutmeg
Salt & pepper to taste
3 eggs
Meat:
1 large brown onion
2 garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons butter or olive oil
1kg (2.2 lb) beef mince
140g (5 oz) tomato paste
1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ Cup red wine
½ Cup water
½ bunch parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Cream sauce:
2/3 Cup butter
¾ Cup plain flour
1L (32 fl oz) milk
½ Teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Pasta: mix the cooked pasta with butter, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt. pepper and eggs. Meat: brown the onion and garlic with melted butter. Then add the beef. Smash the meat and add the other ingredients, let all cook. Cream: melt the butter and add flour, milk, nutmeg, eggs, salt and pepper. Assemble the pasta in a baking dish and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45 minutes.
