Zucchini roll: just a few ingredients to make a great dish!

INGREDIENTS

8 eggs
200 g grated mozzarella
Salt
Pepper
4 tbsp flour
Slices of ham
1 tsp baking powder

METHOD

Cut the zucchini into thin slices, place them on a baking sheet.
Pour the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, flour, baking powder and whisk. Pour over the zucchini slices.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (392 ° F)
Remove from the tray. Sprinkle over the cheese, add ham and roll.
Bake for 5 minutes at 160ºC (320ºF).
