Potato pizza: a fun idea both kids and grown-ups will love!

Press the potatoes with a glass for an incredible dinner dish!

INGREDIENTS

8 potatoes

Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp mascarpone
50 g mozzarella.
Sliced ham
½ shallot
½ tsp rosemary
10 g parmesan

METHOD

Peel and boil the potatoes. Place them on a circular baking sheet and flatten them. Add salt, pepper, and butter.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190ºC (374ºF).
Spread mascarpone cheese on all potatoes. Top with mozzarella cheese, ham, shallot, rosemary and parmesan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 190ºC (374ºF).
