Beer battered potato scallops: how to prepare them in minutes

A quick way to prepare potatoes as a side dish or a tasty snack to feed a crowd!
INGREDIENTS
3 large potatoes
150 ml Water
80 ml Beer
2 cups flour
Rosemary
Salt

Salt
METHOD
- Pour beer into a bowl with cold water. Add flour and mix. Add rosemary and salt.
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and add them to the mixture. Cover each potato very well and fry in hot vegetable oil.
