Easy one skillet scalloped potatoes: creamy and full of cheese!

It’s easy and rather quick to prepare. The end result will surprise you!
INGREDIENTS
potatoes

salt
pepper
cheese
basil
METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in a microwave or boil them in some water for 9 minutes.
2. Let them cool and then slice them. In a pan, add a layer of butter, potatoes, salt, pepper, zucchini, and cheese. Continue in this order until the dish is filled.
3. Top it off with one more layer of potatoes, and plenty of Parmesan cheese.
