Cauliflower recipes: 3 ways to cook it!

1) Gratin Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS
• Cauliflower
• Parsley
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil
• 50g breadcrumbs
• 50g grated cheese
METHOD
- Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
- Place in a pot with salt water for 10 minutes.
- Place the cauliflower in a bowl, add parsley, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and grated cheese, mix.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Mix and bake for 15 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).

2) Cauliflower and potatoes
INGREDIENTS
• Cauliflower
• Parsley
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil
• Smoked provolone cheese
• 2 eggs
• 80g grated cheese
• 3 medium potatoes
METHOD
- Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
- Place in a pot with salt water for 10 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into squares.
- Place in a pot with salt water for 10 minutes.
- Crush the potatoes and cauliflower together, add salt, pepper, oil, parsley, grated cheese, smoked provolone cheese and two eggs. Mix well, add in a greased circular baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).

3) Cauliflower and potatoes
INGREDIENTS
• Cauliflower
• Salt
• Pepper
• Breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• Flour
• Peanut seed oil
METHOD
- Cut cauliflower into slices.
- Beat two eggs and add salt and pepper.
- Cover each slice of cauliflower with flour, place in the egg and cover with breadcrumbs and fry.
