Giant cutlet (schnitzel): how to make at home crispy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
• 2 eggs
• Meat fillets
• Breadcrumbs
• Flour
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil
METHOD
- Add salt and pepper to each steak on both sides.
- Cover each steak with flour, place in the beaten eggs and then cover with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot vegetable oil.
- Serve with lemon and chips.
