How to store garlic and keep it fresh longer

There are two simple ways to preserve garlic.
First you have to cut the garlic loves and peel them.
Then you have two options:
1. Put the cloves in a glass jar and fill it with water. Close the jar well and keep it for several weeks in the refrigerator.
2. Cut the garlic into small pieces and put everything in the ice container. Add the olive oil and freeze it.
