Ingredients:

First idea:

4/5 slices Smoked salmon

Bread for sandwiches

1 avocado

salt

Lemon

pepper

Second idea:

Bread for sandwiches

Rocket q.b.

mayonnaise

Crab meat

Third idea:

Bread for sandwiches

4 tablespoons cream cheese

pepper

Anchovies

Chopped pistachios

Pitted olives

Chives

Directions:

First idea: mix the pulp of the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the bread and then roll it up. Roll out the salmon slices and wrap with the bread.

Second idea: spread the mayonnaise on the bread and add the arugula, then cover with another slice of bread, mayonnaise and crab meat. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Third idea: mix the cheese with pepper, anchovies, olives and chives. Spread on slices of sandwich and cut into squares, then add with the pulp.

Leave everything in the fridge for a few hours and then cut and serve.
