Meat stuffed zucchini: an easy recipe ready in no-time!

Cut the zucchini into slices and add the meat, the result is mouth-watering!

INGREDIENTS

Zucchini
Thick steak
Leek
Ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
½ cup flour
Carrot

METHOD

Cut the zucchini into slices. Remove the pulp from each ring.
Boil water, add oil, salt and add the zucchini rings.
Cut the meat into very small pieces.
Cut leek and ginger very finely.
Add the meat, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, two eggs, flour and mixture.
Put the zucchini slices back in hot oil and fill with the meat mixture. Turn to cook both sides.
Serve on top of carrot slices.
