Meat stuffed zucchini: an easy recipe ready in no-time!

Cut the zucchini into slices and add the meat, the result is mouth-watering!
INGREDIENTS
Zucchini
Thick steak
Leek
Ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
½ cup flour
Carrot
Thick steak

METHOD
- Cut the zucchini into slices. Remove the pulp from each ring.
- Boil water, add oil, salt and add the zucchini rings.
- Cut the meat into very small pieces.
- Cut leek and ginger very finely.
- Add the meat, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, two eggs, flour and mixture.
- Put the zucchini slices back in hot oil and fill with the meat mixture. Turn to cook both sides.
- Serve on top of carrot slices.
