Pan fried cinnamon bananas: a delicious way to cook overripe bananas!

A quick and easy recipe for overripe bananas, perfect for a special breakfast or an afternoon snack.

INGREDIENTS
• 2 Bananas
• 1 tbsp Butter
• ½ cup Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp Honey
• Icing sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the banana into slices.
  2. Put butter, cinnamon, and honey in a pan.
  3. Mix and add the banana slices.
  4. Turn each slice and serve on a plate.
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
