How to make delicious empanadas with cassava

Ingredients:
Dough:
5 pounds of cassava
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup of vegetable oil

TO FILL:
2 pound of minced meat
Garlic powder, pepper, oregano, turmeric, salt (you can use the spices that you prefer)

Directions:
In a big saucepan place the meat and add the spices and water. Cook for about 1 hour.
Dough: squeeze well the cassava and mix with vegetable oil and salt. Make a dough and fill it as the video shows. Fry the empanadas and enjoy.
