How to make amazing dessert in a pan without using the oven!

1. Apple cake in an iron skillet
INGREDIENTS
130g butter
150g milk
150g sugar
300g flour
3 eggs
16g baking powder
1 big apple
2 tbsp brown sugar
METHOD

METHOD
- In a bowl, beat butter, sugar and eggs with a mixer
- Add flour and milk. Then add baking powder
- Peel the apple, cut it into slices
- Grease a pan with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar
- Put beautiful apple slices and pour batter on top, cover with a lid
- Fry for 30-35 minutes on low heat, so that nothing burns
- Turn over and add 10 minutes
2. Apricot Tarte Tatin
INGREDIENTS
Apricots
shortcrust pastry
80g butter
200g sugar
METHOD
1. Make the caramel by heating butter and sugar in a pan for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the sliced apricots and let them caramelize.
3. Cover with the sheet of shortcrust pastry.
4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
5. Serve warm.

3. Giant pancake
INGREDIENTS
Hazelnut cream, as needed
2 eggs
salt
40g sugar
60g vegetable oil
220g flour
250ml milk
2 tsp baking powder

METHOD
1. Pour the hazelnut cream onto a sheet of parchment paper and spread it out into the shape of a circle. Freeze it for 30 minutes.
2. Make the pancake batter by mixing together eggs and sugar, salt, flour, vegetable oil, baking powder and then gradually adding the milk.
3. Pour half of the batter into a nonstick pan, place the frozen hazelnut cream on top and pour the remaining batter over that.
4. Let it cook for 6 minutes per side.
5. Top with some fruit and maple syrup. Serve hot.

½ glass vegetable oil

METHOD
1. To make the batter, combine all the dry ingredients, then add the eggs.
2. Let the bananas caramelize in the pan, then pour half the batter over them.
3. Cook on low heat with the lid over the pan for about 10 minutes. Do the same with the other half of the batter.
4. Cover one layer with hazelnut spread and place the second over it.
You replace the bananas with any fruit you like.
