Air fryer zucchini: a healthy and tasty side dish

With an air fryer, you can prepare lots of side dishes without using oil.
Ingredients:
3 zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
Olive oil, mint, salt and vinegar to flavor
 
Directions:
Wash the zucchini well, cut them and mix with a tablespoon of oil. Then place in the air fryer basket and start for 15 minutes. Season and serve this delicious side dish.
