Melon sorbet recipe: so good to refreshing on a hot summer day!

INGREDIENTS
• Melon
• Heavy cream
• Icing sugar
METHOD
- Cut a melon in half, remove the seeds with a spoon.
- Remove all the flesh and place it in a blender, add icing sugar and whisk.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl with heavy cream and pour into the hollow melon and freeze.
- With the other half of the melon, cut into cubes and place on top of the frozen sorbet.
