Melon sorbet recipe: so good to refreshing on a hot summer day!

INGREDIENTS
• Melon
• Heavy cream
• Icing sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Cut a melon in half, remove the seeds with a spoon.
  2. Remove all the flesh and place it in a blender, add icing sugar and whisk.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl with heavy cream and pour into the hollow melon and freeze.
  4. With the other half of the melon, cut into cubes and place on top of the frozen sorbet.
