Prosciutto basket: a fun way to serve potatoes!

Wrap prosciutto around a bowl and the magic will happen in the oven!

INGREDIENTS
• Ham
• Bowl
• Potatoes
• Salt
• Paprika
• Rosemary
• Cheese
• Pickles
 
METHOD
  1. Line a bowl upside down with Serrano ham. Bake for 30 minutes at 130ºC (266ºF), let cool and remove the glass bowl.
  2. Cut several potatoes into a slice and fry, add salt, paprika and rosemary.
  3. Melt cheese to get fondue.
  4. Place the potatoes inside the ham basket and pour the cheese on top, garnish with pickles.
