Roasted potatoes and garlic: the recipe that will surprise you!

Oven roasted potatoes and garlic are delightfully crispy and so very tasty. It’s an easy recipe, too: the oven does all the work!

INGREDIENTS
• Muffin tray
• Red potatoes
• Garlic
• Rosemary
• Salt and pepper
• Oregano
• Olive oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut each potato into 4 segments.
  2. Place 4 segments in each hole of the muffin tray.
  3. Put a clove of garlic in the middle of each potato center.
  4. Add olive oil, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 190ºC (375ºF).
