Cheese garlic bread: just two ingredients to prepare a tasty starter!

Cheese garlic bread
INGREDIENTS:
Bread
Garlic
Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Butter
Olive oil
METHOD:
1.In a bowl, add chopped garlic, parsley, olive oil, butter and mix until the butter is soft.
2.Cut a long loaf of bread in half vertically and spread the mixture on the bread. Sprinkle mozzarella over both halves and sprinkle a little 3.Parmesan and more parsley.
4.Bake for 10 min at 200ºC.
5.Cut into pieces.
Garlic potatoes
INGREDIENTS:
Potatos
Garlic
Butter
Parsley
Salt and pepper
METHOD:
1.Cut several potatoes into segments. Add salt and pepper and stir.
2.Place the head of a garlic in aluminum with a little oil.
3.Place the potatoes and garlic on a tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC. Flip the potatoes and bake for 20 more minutes.
4.Remove the head of garlic and crush on a plate to get the garlic cloves. 5.Crush with a spoon.
6.Place the butter in a pan, add the garlic and add parsley. Stir until the butter has melted and pour over the potatoes.
