Savory cake squares: how to make a delicious appetizer in no-time!

Easy, fluffy and super delicious! Here's an idea that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
250ml (1 cup) Milk
Oil – 120g (1/2 cup)
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
40g (3 tbsp) Ketchup
250g (2 cups) Flour
10g (2 tsp) Baking soda
1 Green pepper
1 Red pepper
160g (1 cup) Corn
80g (1/2 cup) Black olives
100g (1 cup) Chopped sausage
2 Tomatoes
55g (4 tbsp) Cream cheese
160g (1 cup) Green olives
260g (1 cup) Grated cheese
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add eggs, milk, oil, salt, pepper, ketchup and mix it. Add flour, baking powder and mix. Add chopped green pepper, chopped red pepper, corn, black olives, sausage, tomatoes, green olives and cream cheese. Mix it all well.
  2. Pour it into an oiled pan. On top, add grated cheese. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
  3. Cover it with baking paper and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
