Fried zucchini: a unique way to cook zucchini!

INGREDIENTS
Zucchini
Salt
Pepper
Flour
4 eggs
Parsley
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchini into slices, add salt and mix. Beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, and mix.
  2. Place each slice in flour, then in the beaten egg and fry until golden brown.
