Pepparkakor, the Christmas Swedish cookies

Ingredients:
90 gr water
80 gr brown sugar
80 gr butter
60 gr honey
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
250 gr flour
1 pinch of salt
15 gr egg white
90 gr icing sugar
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix water, sugar, butter and honey. Then add cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
Finally add flour and salt.
Obtained a homogeneous mixture, roll it out and form the biscuits. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 8 minutes.
Icing: mix egg white and icing sugar then decorate the cookies.
