How to prepare a chocolate flan cake: it's so yummy

Ingredients:
Caramel Sauce
2/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp lemon juice

Chocolate Cake
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

Flan Cake
8 oz cream cheese
6 large eggs
4 large egg yolks
2-14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Add the sugar and water into a small saucepan. Cook on Low until the sugar is melted. Pour the caramel into the mold.
Chocolate cake: melt butter and chocolate chips and add and beat the eggs. Then stir the dry ingredient and mix all together. Pour the batter on the caramel.
Flan cake: put the cream cheese, eggs and yolks in a blender and mix. Then add condensed milk, milk and vanilla. Pour on the chocolate cake.
Cover the cake pan with foil and wrap it securely.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 356°F (180°).
Remove the cake pan from the water bath and allow to cool for at least 1 hour. Cover the cake with foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Overnight is best.
