How to easily make fava beans in oil

Ingredients:
700g green beans
Fresh garlic
Fresh mint leaves
Sunflower oil
1 liter and a half water
1/2 liter white wine vinegar
1 glass white or rosé wine
salt
 
Directions:
Clean the fava beans and rinse them. Then put them in water, vinegar and wine, cook for 3 minutes. Then fill the jars alternating with mint, oregano, and garlic. Finally pour the seed oil. Close and place in a bain-marie as shown in the video, then put in a pot full of water and put a kitchen towel and the jars. Put on the fire and bring to a boil. Let the jars cool completely and then store or enjoy your beans immediately.
