300ml of orange juice
200ml of soy milk
60g of brown sugar
50g of rice flour
peel of 1 orange
Procedure:
First squeeze the oranges to make the juice, meanwhile in a saucepan mix together all the dry ingredients, rice flour, sugar and gradually add the orange juice, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps .
Add also soy milk and orange peel (untreated). Put on medium-low heat and stir continuously with a wooden spoon.
After a few minutes the cream will start to thicken, let it pass for about 5 minutes from the first blows, then turn off the heat and pour the orange cream into a bowl.
At this point use it as you like, keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
