The green Hummus recipe: easy, creamy and tasty

Ingredients:
230g of chickpeas (cooked and drained)
50g of extra virgin olive oil
½ lemon (juice)
1 tsp of tahin sauce
½ clove of garlic (optional)
3 sprigs of parsley
2 sprigs of dill
5 tablespoons of water
Salt to taste
 
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix all together. Enjoy this good and healthy meal.
