How to prepare the Crumpet: an easy and yummy recipe

Ingredients:
270g of flour
350ml of milk
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of yeast
1 tsp of salt
Jam
Directions:
Melt the yeast in the milk, then add the flour. Mix well. Then add baking powder and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it to rise in a warm place for 90 minutes. Then grease the moulds and cook the crumpets in a pan. Then cover with jam.
