Tart with berries and lemon cream: a very tasty dessert

Ingredients:
300g of shortcrust pastry
90 g of wheat starch
2 lemons (peel)
500 ml of vegetable milk
8 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
To garnish:
300g of mixed berries
A few mint leaves
Doses for: 10 people
Preparation:
First of all, spread the short pastry on a sheet of parchment paper, then roll it into a mold and let it adhere well to all sides of the mold. With a rolling pin, cut the excess pasta and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the cream, in a saucepan mix the sugar with the starch, add the milk a little at a time and mix well. Add the lemon peel and put on the fire until it boils. Finally, we add a pinch of turmeric. Once the shortcrust shell is ready pour in the lemon cream, level it well and fill the surface with berries and some mint leaves!
