Homemade pizza: easy and fast dough recipe

Pizza is one of the most popular dishes in the world. Here's an easy and fast recipe to make dough at home.
INGREDIENTS
550g plain flour
1 teaspoon sugar
5g fresh yeast
about 300ml water
2 teaspoons salt
25g. of extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar; put lukewarm water in a container and add salt, then pour the oil. Add the sifted flour to the yeast, then pour the salt water and oil emulsion. Mix everything with a spoon, until the dough can be kneaded by hand; knead until soft and elastic. Transfer the dough into a well-oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for at least 2-3 hours at a temperature of about 30°C. Season your pizza to taste!
