Edible snowglobes

For muffins:130g Flour
1/2 tsp Soda
150g Sugar
1 Egg
30g Melted butter
30g Olive oil
130ml Milk
1 tbsp Vinegar
For cream:
50 ml fresh cream
30g powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
For gelatin domes:
36g strong gelatin
100ml water
vegetable oil
balloons
Mix all dry ingredients for muffins, add all wet ingredients and combine until smooth. Add vinegar in the end. Bake at 180C/350F for 15 min. Let them cool.
Dissolve gelatin in a cold water. Heat until combine. Let this mixture cool.
Dip the balloons into a gelatin mixture and leave them for 24 hours. The balloons are done when they feel hard, like plastic, cut a hole in the balloon near the stem the balloon will shrivel up and release easily
Beat fresh cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread on the muffins, add some Christmas sugar decorations and cover with gelatin balloon
