How to peel prickly pears without getting the thorns in your skin

All you need is a container filled with water and the "challenge" becomes simple :)How to peel prickly pears
Soak the prickly pears in a container filled with water, at least for an hour (running water is better)
mix and change the water every now and then to remove the deciduous thorns
then provide with:
- Well-resistant gloves (especially if you do not have much time to leave prickly pears in water)
- Cutting board (better if different from the one you use everyday in the kitchen);
- A knife and a fork.
