How to make the yummiest Christmas star ever

Ingredients:
300g Manitoba flour
50g Butter
100g milk
1 Egg
1 Yolk
50g Sugar
5g active dry yeast
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
In the planetary mixer, pour in flour, sugar, vanilla extract and yeast. Then add the milk and stir. Then add salt, egg, egg yolk and knead for two minutes. Then add the butter and form a dough (let rise for 2 hours). Divide and spread 4 parts of dough. Fill with hazelnut cream and shape the star as shown in the video. Let rise for 30 minutes then brush the milk. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 35 minutes.
