How to clean mussels quickly and save time

A quick and practical way to clean mussels, even in large quantities. No knives or metal pieces are needed to clean the shells of the mussels: just place them all in a plastic bag which is strong enough, adding in rock salt. Brush off to remove dirt and sand from the shells.
