How to make cheese at home: fast and easily

Ingredients:
3 lt fresh and warm milk
1 tsp of liquid rennet
 
Pour the liquid rennet in the milk and mix. Cover and wait two hours. Then pour into a cloth and close well. Press on top with a bottle and wait 10 minutes. Salt to age the cheese.
