How to make ice cream without a freezer: crazy but true

Here's how to make ice cream in a bag without a freezer. It seems impossible but it's true! First of all, make a mixture of milk, cream, sugar and vanilla extract, inside a plastic bag. Then put the ice in another bag and here comes the key step. Put salt on the ice, exploiting the properties of salt to dramatically lower the ice temperature. Insert the bag with the ice cream into the bag with ice and salt and shake it for a few minutes. And that's it!
