Simple bread art using a doily: the recipe to try

INGREDIENTS
400ml (1 3/4 cups) water
4g fresh yeast
500g (4 cups) flour
12 g salt

METHOD
1. Mix water with yeast and let stand.
2. Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, and mix. Pour the yeast water into the flour and mix slowly.
3. Cover with cling film, make holes in the cling film, and let it rise at room temperature for an hour.
4. Then refrigerate for 24 hours.
5. Roll out the dough and fold it into 5 parts.
6. Sprinkle flour on a cloth and place the dough on top.
7. Place a doily on top of the dough. Sprinkle flour on top and cover it with the cloth and let it rest for 2 hours.
8. Heat an oven-safe pot to 190°C (374°F).
9. Place the cloth with the dough inside the pot. Remove the doily. Cover the pot.
10. Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C (374°F).
11. Remove the lid and bake again for 15 minutes at 190°C (374°).
