Potato pop corns: delicious and irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
300g potatoes
½ tsp salt
2g (½ tsp) baking powder
3g dried sage
1 tsp paprika

METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes and boil them.
2. Strain the potatoes and mash them well in a bowl.
3. Add salt, baking powder, and dried sage. Mix everything very well.
4. Form a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Place the balls on a baking tray.
6. Bake for 40 minutes at 160°C (320°F).
