Creamy cake: the delicious ricotta dessert with chocolate chips!

INGREDIENTS
350g (1 1/3 cup) ricotta cheese
110ml (½ cup) milk
2 eggs
chocolate chips
90g (1/2 cup) sugar
120g (1 1/4 cups) rice flour
butter
1 tsp vanilla sugar

METHOD
1. Pour ricotta into a bowl, add the sugar, and beat.
2. Add eggs, and vanilla sugar and beat well again. Add rice flour and beat again. Add milk and mix with a spoon.
3. Mix chocolate chips with a little flour, and pour into the mixture.
4. Grease a glass mold and pour in the cake mixture. Sprinkle over some more chocolate chips.
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
