Bread frittata: for a super tasty and original dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Slice bread
Eggs
Grated cheese
Oregano
Tomato sauce

METHOD
  1. Cut several slices of bread into small squares. Mix with 3 eggs and pour the mixture into a pan.
  2. Flatten to form a base. Add tomato sauce and spread well. Add grated cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
  3. Sprinkle oregano over to serve.
